My family and I stayed in the two City Apartments side by side for a family wedding. We encountered an awful experience returning home on the second evening, when a) a drunk tenant was shouting racial abuse at us from the window and b) when we entered, the stairs to our apartment were blocked by another tenant who was clearly disturbed and threatening my husband. When I got in the way to diffuse the situation I too was threatened with sexual violence. My young son was present. Once we got into our apartment shouting and noise continued until presumably the men passed out. During the rest of our visit we were scared when having to pass the apartment door on the way to ours in case the man came out to threaten us again. I took up the matter with the landlord who recommended I take this up with the police. I was not able to at that time because of the family wedding. I did however give him all the details so that he could start the process but he did not assist us in any way to make it easier. He also wrote in an email that he was aware that the tenant below was selling drugs from the property. I would warn any guests from staying at these addresses - particularly women and children.

.My stay in Köln was very confortable. The appartment has all you need for a daily uses and all in condicion working. The temperature, condition of the interior house are very good and confortable. Comments to Arndt, to improve in the future : the internet hasn't the capability of use FaceTime or other image apps because the configuration router or firewall had disabled the functions. Would be much better if enabling those functionalities. Other pont is about the cleaning of all the appartment. I finded parts in which the cleaning was no good, for instance in the kitchen area with rest of oil or simply dirty utensils. Must be care this point, please. The rest was vy good. Daniel

Een gezellig appartement, ruim genoeg voor 5 personen en compleet ingericht. goede bedden. Heel schoon. Prima tramverbinding met het centrum. Enige minpunt is dat het op straat is wel redelijk lawaaiig is 's nachts door het tramverkeer.
