The space has been completely designed, providing maximum comfort during your stay in Barcelona. The sweet tones in the decoration, the furniture, consisting of a mix of contemporary and traditional, create a unique, warm and discreet atmosphere.
The large bright living room, consists in a sitting - dining room with sofa bed, plasma TV and of course a table for six. From this room you have access to a private terrace for relaxing moments after a day of sightseeing in the streets of the city.
The open space kitchen, ultra-modern, is fully equipped, you will find the necessary items to cook and enjoy meals, cocktails, during your stay.
Our loft has two bedrooms, both with queen size bed. There is also two bathrooms, one bathroom with bath, the other one with shower, ideal for a stay for 6 people.
Finally, the apartment has a Wi-Fi connection, air-conditioning - heating which guarantee our guests comfort and absolute tranquility during their stay.
Plaza España neighborhood is an ideal area in Barcelona for several reasons. First, you are in a dynamic area with a mall next door and at the bottom of Montjuic hill with one of the largest museums in Barcelona. You can enjoy the show of the magic fountains very close to the apartment, an activity you don't want to miss during your stay in Barcelona. If you come for business, you are right next to the Fira who organizes some of the most important congresses in Europe. Finally, the area is well served by public transport, Aerobus, Metro lines, 4 stations from Plaza Cataluña, 3 from Las Ramblas.

Check-in regular time between 13h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after 23h it is 40€ , after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€. Late check-out can be possible for 30€ more until 17h00, please check that on arrival with your contact.2.48€ touristic tax per person and per night is due on arrival!

Refundable Security Deposit 500€.
Minimum age 25 years if it is not the case a second security deposit in cash is requested upon arrival, it does not apply to families.

VENTAJAS: El apartamento precioso, en persona mucho mejor que en las fotos. La localización no podría haber sido mejor. No tuvimos que usar el metro para nada porque podíamos ir andando a todos lados!!
Aparte el personal de Lanatrip responde tus emails al momento, y el chico que vino a darnos las llaves estuvo puntual y nos explicó como funciona todo. Muy amable. Aparte recibimos recomendaciones de donde comer y que sitios visitar. 10+! Gracias. El depósito lo recibimos rápidamente sin problema.
INCONVENIENTES: Las normas un poco estrictas. No se puede hacer ruido a partir de las 22:00h, que para estándares españoles es muy temprano, lo que significa que no podrás ni hablar ni hacer una cena a partir de esa hora, ya que las paredes son muy finas, y los vecinos de al lado se podrían molestar. Aparte, la pared del salón del apartamento da a la habitación donde duerme la gente del piso de al lado. Y pensar que por estar "hablando" podrías perder el depósito, hizo la estancia un poco incómoda.
De locatie van het appartement is prima. Vlakbij metrostation Urgell en op slechts 15 min lopen van Placa de Catalunya. Om de hoek zit een supermarkt, slager, gezellige restaurants etc. Het appartement is ruim en netjes. De communicatie met de host verliep perfect. Mochten zelfs zonder extra kosten wat later uitchecken.
Enige nadeel is de gehorigheid, zowel van de straat aan de voorkant als van de buren. Ook de inrichting is wat minimalistisch.
L'appartamento, carino, si trovava in uno stabile sporco e fatiscente, ad un terzo piano senza ascensore, di cui nessuno ci aveva avvisato ... in compenso le regole e le sanzioni che avrebbero applicato, incluso una cauzione anticipata in contanti non indifferente, erano ben rimarcate sia dall'incaricato che ci ha accolto che affisso in camera.
Come ultimo saluto era obbligo portare via la spazzatura ....
Peccato che il rotolante del salottino non si poteva ne toccare ne utilizzare da quanto fosse sporco a causa dei piccioni, o meglio, dall'inerzia degli incaricati alla pulizia dell'appartamento
Un nota positiva la posizione centrale per gli spostamenti in città

Auch wenn die Sitzmöbel besser sein könnten insgesamt eine sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Ein Zimmer liegt zur Straße hin, dort schläft man besser mit geschlossenem Fenster. Kontakt sehr nett. Abholung durch Taxi vom und zum Flughafen war perfekt organisiert und hat reibungslos funktioniert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. - Ebenso Park Güell und die Sagrada Familia
Grosszügige Wohnung. Sehr sauber und gepflegt gehalten. Ruhige Lage. Nahe vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen!
Logement pas mal .Problème de couchage pour 8 personnes (2 personnes dormaient sur un matelas sur le sol).
We stayed at apartment for 7 days with big crew which contain 9 person. Apartment is wonderful,clean, equipments is well and very close to the Sagrada Familia, the metro and carparking area which located under the plaça Joanic. Nearby, there are bars and supermarkets.
Owners very very friendly, helpful and correct.
