This apartment is located within walking distance from the most distinctive and famous restaurants in Milan. It is nestled in the district that represents the symbol of Milan's nightlife and here you can enjoy the most famous "Aperitivi". A delightful walk takes you to visit the famous Basilica of San Marco - emblematic location for classical music concerts - up to the spectacular San Simpliciano Church and Santa Maria del Carmine; from here you enter the large and scenografic Sempione Park, the largest park in Milan which is behind the huge bulk of the Castello Sforzesco. You can reach one of the most famous museums in Italy, the "Pinacoteca di Brera" and hence the famous "Teatro alla Scala" in 2 minutes
The apartment is equipped with a living room with kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom - the living is equipped with a doubler sofa bed for two extra guests.

Apartamento muy bonito en pleno centro.Muy limpio y no le faltaba detalle. El único problema q vi fue q las llaves tienes que recogerlas en otro lugar muy apartado del apartamento y pierdes toda la mañana. Por lo demás un 10.

L,appartamento lascia purtroppo a desiderare qua manutenzione : la pulizia e solo una parvenza, l,impianto elettrico non è a norma, c,e solo una presa per il condizionatore;
il microonde bisogna portarlo in camera da letto per avere una presa ! l,ascensore non funziona
da tantissimo tempo : niente viene investito per migliorare e perciò ci si trova con un appartamento in degrado, mobilio cucina da rottamare, bagno da sistemare - almeno una doccietta nella doccia ! - asciugamani insufficienti e vecchi. Provviste cucina solo quello lasciato
dai visitatore precedenti. Il fatto che bisogna ritirare la chiave vicino alla stazione è scomodo,
si potrebbe lasciare nel negozio davanti ! Insomma un peccato, la vernice screpolate dentro.
Questo appartamento sarebbe un gioiellino se investito nella manutenzione, che non costerebbe neppure una fortuna.
Assistenza proprietario gentile, lenzuole pulite. Davvero un peccato lasciare tutto così in degrado !

El apartamento está muy bien situado en pleno barrio de Brera, y eso es lo mejor que tiene. Es un segundo sin ascensor y nos lo encontramos bastante sucio y con telas de araña en las ventanas. Las sábanas de la cama estaban completamente arrugadas, como si hubieran estado tiempo hechas una bola, por lo que la sensación de apartamento poco cuidado fue aún mayor. Yo personalmente no repetiría.

Super Lage mitten im Stadtteil Brera. Das Appartment liegt trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Einrichtung einfach aber ausreichend.
Kritikpunkt: die Dusche. Sie ist sehr, sehr klein, vor allem für den großen Duschkopf.Eine Handbrause wäre viel praktischer.
Schön wäre zudem, wenn ein Folder aufläge, in dem die Einkaufmöglichkeiten und empfehlenswerte Lokale in der Nähe aufgelistet wären.
Sehr professionelle Abwicklung mit Schlüsselabholung gleich an der Stazione Centrale.
El trato del anfitrión y la localización del apartamento han sido excepcionales, pero el apartamento estaba muy sucio, había hasta telas de araña en las ventanas y eso no es de un día para otro.
Acogedor apartamento! limpio y cuidado! Está situado en una zona fantástica, cerca de comercios, restaurantes, supermercado...y al lado de la estación de metro! Recomendable 100%!!!
Tuvimos un problema con la luz, pero finalmente todo quedó resuelto sin necesidad de cambiar de apartamento.
Filiberto is a very nice and helpfull person. We found his office without any problems after his advice. He gave us a lot of informations about apartment, how to get in and about Milano. Milano è una bellissima città e mi sono trovata molto bene nell'appartamento di Filiberto. La cucina aveva tutto per mangiare, i letti erano comodi e la posizione era vicinissima sia alla stazione che al centro (Duomo). La zona è ottima per fare abbastanza tardi la sera. Esperienza da ripetere ed appartamento da consigliare.
