There is also an attic space with access from the apartment which could be used for a workshop or working area (only for long stays). Fully equipped including fast reliable wireless internet, International Cable TV, kitchen and cleaning appliances and air conditioner (heat and cool). Beautiful views to the roofs of Belém and river Tejo.
Located in the typical Belém/Alcântara quarter, Literaly 10min walking from Tejo riverside and docks. In the neighboor you will find several local shops, typical fish, vegetable and fruit market, museums,restaurants and esplanades. Fast access to all transports (tram, train and bus) to every corner of the city and easy access to beaches by car (25min away). Free parking area.

Very nice apartment in Lisbon, clause to transportation and stores. Well situated in a quiet area of Lisbon and also close to transportation (trams/buses/train to the beaches).

Ce fût un vrai plaisir d’occuper cette appartement, situé dans un cartier très calme de Lisbonne mais tout en étant à proximité de tout: marché petit restaurant et surtout Belém. Notre hôte Ricardo est d’une gentillesse et bienveillance absolue, il c’est assuré par quelques messages que notre séjours ce passe bien et que nous avions aucun problème avec l’appartement
Je recommande à 200%

Nous avons été ravi de notre séjour à Lisbonne, malgré une forte chaleur cette semaine la. l'appartement de Ricardo est tres bien situé, conforme aux images propre, fonctionnel avec tous ce qu'il faut. Ricardo est tres sympathique, bienveillant nous a recontacté dans la semaine pour savoir si tout se passait bien ou besoin de quelques choses. ravi nous recommandons à 200%.
