The room is equipped with a comfortable double bed 180x200 and a sofa bed 140x200cm for two people. In a small anteroom is a wardrobe, be stored in the personal belongings können.Zur sharing stands a modern bathroom. It is equipped with a bath, a shower and a toilet. A second toilet is also available.
A small shopping arcade with Rewe and a bakery is located about 350 meters from the apartment with the possibility to have breakfast.
The tram stop is walking distance in 7 minutes, driving in 2 stops to the subway. The subway takes up to the located in downtown Odeonsplatz a journey time of 15 minutes. From there, the Frauenkirche, the Viktualienmarkt and the Hofbräuhaus can easily be reached on foot.
Direct connection to the fair Riem, Stachus, Odeonsplatz and the Oktoberfest.
Parking spaces are available.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus, auch das Bad, das man sich mit anderen teit, ist sehr sauber. WLAN bitte checken. Lage bei Bogenhausen gut: 8 Gehminuten von Straßenbahn-Haltestelle Schlösselgarten (2 Stationen von U4 Arabellapark entfernt).
Alles Super. Lissy ist wirklich sehr nett und auch total hilfsbereit ( Regenschirme, Busverbindungen etc ). Wir haben uns während dieser zwei Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute Betten, schönes Bad. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und doch ziemlich nah am Englischen Garten und dem Zentrum ( 15 - 20 Minuten). Jederzeit wieder

Wir waren 3 Nächte bei Lissy, Zimmer/Bad sehr sauber, ordentlich, ruhig. Straßenbahn/Bus in die Innenstadt und Frühstücksbäcker in ca 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Alles ok, empfehlenswert.
My friends and I stayed at Lissy's house for Oktoberfest and though the room and house was nice and clean we did not feel comfortable there! We were told off numerous times for just talking to one another (even at 8.30am in the morning because one of her other guests were sleeping). Had this have been earlier I would understand but we were merely having a conversation and weren't making much noise. We were also told on the last day that we had to check out at 9am (I've never had a 9am checkout before!). I wouldn't stay here again.
Restaurants und Bäcker sind in der Nähe, genauso wie Öffis. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind einwandfrei, Lage ist ruhig, Gastgeberin sehr freundlich mit einem urigen bayrischen Dialekt ;) Danke Lissy für das schöne WE bei dir!
Super einfach und unkomplizierter Vorgang und Erreichbarkeit.
Wir waren für ein paar Tage zu zweit in München.
Perfekte Lage und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.

Abzug in der B-Note: das Aus- und Einchecken
darf nicht so früh sein (9:00 Uhr an einem Sonntag ?
Herzliche Aufnahme, schönes Zimmer in ruhiger Gegend. Ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.
