The city apartment provides sleeping facilities for up to six guests as well as a bathroom. In the master bedroom is a double bed with 2 mattresses each 100x200 cm. In the smaller bedroom is a french bed with a mattress 140x200 cm and a bunk bed with 2mattresses each 90x200 cm. Moreover, there is a spacious cooking and dining area as well as a small couch.
Cologne offers a broad variety of cultural offers (e.g. the Cologne Cathedral, 12 Romanic churches, museums, theaters etc.).The Cologne zoo or a boat trip on the Rhine are very nice as well. In the shopping streets in the city center of Cologne you can buy everything the heart desires. The big variety of speciality stores, department stores and boutiques is an eldorado for shoppers. The Phantasialand is not far away from Cologne either and can be visited as well.
A tram station of the tram line 12 is right in front of the door. The Neumarkt (2.5km, pedestrian precinct) or the Rudolfplatz (shopping, eating, going out) are 5 stations away and it takes 7 stations to get to the Cathedral and the main station (3.4km). The Cologne trade fair is 10 stations away (5.5km).
A nice park (Volksgarten) with a cozy beer garden is located near the apartments. There are also many shopping facilities (supermarkets and retailers) and a few restaurants. Free public parking is available in front of the door.

We charge a 50 € end cleaning fee. There are no further charges. Electricity, water, heating, Internet (Wi-Fi) and TV (German programs + CNN) are included, bed sheets, linen and towels are provided. Free public parking is available in front of the house and nearby.
A refundable damage deposit of 300 € (or equivalent in any hard currency) will be collected in cash upon check in. The deposit will be returned when you check out, provided there are no damages.

.My stay in Köln was very confortable. The appartment has all you need for a daily uses and all in condicion working. The temperature, condition of the interior house are very good and confortable.
The public transportation (metro) is perct at no more than 100 m. From the appartment.

Comments to Arndt, to improve in the future : the internet hasn't the capability of use FaceTime or other image apps because the configuration router or firewall had disabled the functions. Would be much better if enabling those functionalities.
Other pont is about the cleaning of all the appartment.
I finded parts in which the cleaning was no good, for instance in the kitchen area with rest of oil or simply dirty utensils. Must be care this point, please.

Schöne saubere Wohnung. Alles da was man braucht. Einziges Manko die Wohnung hat keine Rollläden und auch keine Übergardienen. Daher ist es nicht möglich die Wohnung im Sommer kühl zu halten.
Schönes Apartement, herzlicher Empfang, trotz Stadtbahn ruhige Lage. Sehr zu empfehlen
Arndt's Wohnung ist geräumig und funktional eingerichtet und machte einen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck Gute Erreichbarkeit und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle in der Nähe bietet eine gute Verbindung in die City.
First time in Cologne and first time have used Wimdu for accommodation, very satisfied with both.
The apartment was as described, very clean, spacious and was very comfortable.
We were 2 adults sharing and had one bedroom each. The apartment was really well equipped and would be ideal for a family.
Location of the apartment was very convenient for access to city centre via trams, tram stop 200mtrs away.
The communication between myself and the owner of the apt' Arndt and Mrs Brungs was excellent and nothing was too much trouble.
Can highly recommend and would definitely use both Arndt and Wimdu again.
Sehr nette, kleine Wohnung. Alles wirklich sehr sauber!
Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation verliefen einwandfrei und unproblematisch.
Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles vorhanden was man braucht, Betten gut und bequem. Bad modern, Waschbecken total unpraktisch, Duschkopf total verkalkt, nur ein müder Rinnsal. Kaffeemaschine musste ich erst entkalken sonst wäre das Frühstück eine Stunde länger geworden. Kaffeebecher könnten mal wieder ersetzt werden. Herr Vetter, bitte kontrollieren sie mal ihre Putzfrau, da alles oberhalb von 150cm sehr staubig ist und sehr viele Spinnweben unter der Decke hängen. Flurlampe ist defekt, leider Spezial-Halogenlampe, sonst hätte ich sie rep.
Positiv, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Parkplatz fast immer verfügbar
Hemos pasado unos dias en Colonia estupendos, el apartamento era muy tranquilo y muy comodo. A 40 minutos del centro a pie, pero muy bien comunicado por transporte publico.
Completamente equipado en cuanto a menaje de cocina, ropa de camas, toallas, etc. calefaccion, tv.
Nos hemos sentido como en nuestra propia casa, Ah, y la señora que n os recibio super amable y muy simpatica.
