The air conditioned apartment features a cosy, secluded balcony. There is a double bedroom with wardrobe, the living area has a double sofa-bed, TV and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen where guests can prepare meals. The bathroom boasts a rainforest shower.
The area surrounding the apartment is lively with plenty of great places to eat, drink and shop within 5 minutes’ walk. Parc de la Ciutadella and the Barcelona Zoo can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
Marina Metro Station is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. The Gothic Quarter, famed for its stunning historic architecture, can be reached in 20 minutes using the metro. The incredible Sagrada Familia Church is just a 10-minute journey away.

Ottima posizione (fermata bus davanti al portone e fermata metro a 50 m), host precisa e gentile, supermercato sotto casa. Da consigliare!
Wir waren vom 25.10- 29.10.2017 in der Wohnung von Paola. Alles war sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand.
Da zur Zeit in dem Haus renoviert wird, war dann und wann etwas Arbeitslärm zu hören.
Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Es gibt in der Nähe einige Läden und Bäcker zum Einkaufen.
Paola war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns noch Tipps für das Sightseeing gegeben.
Die Metro ist quasi direkt vor der Tür. Zur Cathedrale von Gaudi ist es zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten, in der anderen Richtung ist man in15 Minuten am Strand.
Die T10 -Tickets sind prima für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. 10 x Fahren für 10 Euro und übertragbar, also von mehreren Personen nutzbar. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Paola ha sido una anfitriona excelente. Nos facilitó la llegada desde el aeropuerto a Barcelona y comentó lugares de interés de la ciudad.
El piso está muy bien y está muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, además dispone de una estación de metros a 50 metros que facilita la movilidad por la ciudad.

What a great place in Barcelona! Location is excellent ... we really loved that fact that we were in walking distance of the sea!!! Everything you need is conveniently close ... metro, food shopping, & restaurants. The apartment is really well designed, with an excellent kitchen area for cooking & lots of sitting room & a very comfortable bedroom. But the best of this accommodation is Paola! She is an excellent host! Arranging to meet us at the airport and return us there as we flew, home was such an important comfort for us. She provided much information in the apartment for us to decide how we would spend our time, and how to make the best of a week. She was also available through our time to answer further questions that we had. We would recommend this apartment for anyone wanting a great place in Barcelona !

Piso muy buen comunicado. Muy cerca hay estación de metro, parada de tranvia y diferentes comercios.
