La Latina is a lively area in downtown Madrid, renowned for its tapas, bars, cultural activities and thriving nightlife.
The rastro flea market opens on sundays is 5 minutes walk.
The remaining attractions are all within walking distance, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Royal Palace.
How to get the apartment:
We are located at calle Humilladero just beside Plaza de la Cebada, barrio de la Latina.
If you come by car, there is a public car park in Mercado de La Cebada (open 24 hours) and another in Calle Toledo, 88 (schedule: Monday to Wednesday 07:30 to 00:30, and Thursday to Sunday is open 24 hours).
There is the option of making pre-reservations through the website of grupoboulton.
If you come by plane taxi is a good option (30 euros closed rate per cab) avoiding rush hours (8-10 am and 6-8 pm). If you have the app, you can use Uber and Cabify. For more than 4 people a transfer is recommended instead of a normal taxi, consult us if you need help.
Subway takes 1 h and circa 4 euros per person, La Latina stop is 5 minutes away from the apartment.
If you come by train, Atocha railway station is 10 mns away by taxi.

House rules have to be observed by the guests, non compliance will imply a deposit penalty, we want you to enjoy your stay while respecting the community and neighbours.This is a quiet community, please observe quiet hours at night 23:00 to 08:00.
Parties, pets and smoking are not allowed
Check in time is from 15:00 to 21:00.
- Late check in fee of 30 € from 21:00 to midnight
- Late check in fee of 50 € after midnight.
Early check in and late check out upon availability, please let us know.
We provide two set of keys, valued at 30 € per set. if the guest does not bring them back, will be responsible for the cost
Please do not leave ther keys inside the house in the lock, the locksmith cost will be assumed by the guest.

Enjoyed coming home in the evenings to our comfortable apartment. Ramon was easy to communicate with and looked after our needs. The apartment was close to the Metro and that was very convenient. Convenience stores and a bakery were also very close by.

The host is friendly but we had more than one big issue with our stay!
1 day before our stay he told us that he did a mistake and booked another Appartement for us. So we don't have any other possibility than taking this other flat. But as the size, area and pictures are ok we calmed down. Appartement name was Malasana Homey.
Nevertheless it was a small shock!
Than he gave me another name of a guy that will give us the keys. This guy never showed up- a third guy came by...
Than the flat was quite dirty! The pictures must be years old. Bathroom in special was unhygenic and the damaged floor in the kitchen due to a licking air condition quite ugly. No window showed to the streets. It was very dark all day!
Elegimos este apartamento ya que habiamos estado anteriormente y la experiencia habia sifo muy buena. Esta vez ha vuelto a ser estupenda. El apartamento esta genial , limpio, perfecta ubicacion e insonorizacion.
La persona que nos hizo el checking (Carlos) muy amable y disponible sin problemas y puntual .
El contacto con el como con Ramon sin problemas.
Sin duda seguiremos apostando por este sitio en el futuro.
Top-Lage der Wohnung: gutes Essensangebot in direkter Nähe, gute Metro-Anbindung und kurzer Weg zu Einkaufmöglichkeiten.
Wohnung selbst ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Haus ist hellhörig, geht aber bei geschlossenem Fenster (Dank Klimaanlage kein Problem).
Service vor Ort bei Ankunft und Abreise war in Ordnung.
Wir würden die gleiche Wohnung nochmal nehmen!
El apartamento tiene un aspecto impecable, tal y como se muestra en las fotos. La ubicación inmejorable, nosotras fuimos para alojarnos ya que veníamos de fuera a una despedida de soltera y nos vino de lujo la casa puesto que estábamos cerca de todos los sitios céntricos.
Sin duda volvería a repetir.
Ideal apartamento para pasar fin de semana en Madrid o incluso más días.
Fantástico apartamento, ubicación perfecta!! La zona increíble, todo lo que busques lo tienes a la mano, restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas, metro, etc ... GENIAL!!

Appartamento spazioso, luminoso e ben collegato. Quartiere giovanile con numerosi locali. Fermata metro Tribunal linee 1 e 10 a 50 m. Ramon ci ha fornito ottima guida per musei e ristoranti da non perdere. Assolutamente raccomandato.
Fantastico apartamento. Hemos estado 3 amigos durante un fin de semana y ha sido genial. La ubicacion es perfecta rodeada de bares, restaurantes, tiendas,etc y a 10 minutos practicamente de la gran via.
El apartamento esta muy bien y el colchon y almohadas perfectas para el descanso cosa que se agradece mucho. Ventanas climalit muy bien aislado y da a patio interior por lo que no se oyen ruidos de nada.
El anfitrion muy amable. Sin duda alguna un sitio muy recomendable.
