Descrição
The city apartment provides sleeping facilities for up to seven guests as well as a bathroom. Two bedrooms are available: one big bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm) as well as one bedroom with a bunk bed (90x200 cm) and a French bed (140x200 cm). Moreover, there is an eat-in kitchen available.
Cologne offers a broad variety of cultural offers (e.g. the Cologne Cathedral, 12 Romanic churches, museums, theaters etc.).The Cologne zoo or a boat trip on the Rhine are very nice as well. In the shopping streets in the city center of Cologne you can buy everything the heart desires. The big variety of speciality stores, department stores and boutiques is an Eldorado for shoppers. The Phantasialand is not far away from Cologne either and can be visited as well.
A tram station of the tram line 12 is right in front of the door. The Neumarkt (2.5km, pedestrian precinct) or the Rudolfplatz (shopping, eating, going out) are 5 stations away and it takes 7 stations to get to the Cathedral and the main station (3.4km). The Cologne trade fair is 10 stations away (5.5km).
A nice park (Volksgarten) with a cozy beer garden is located near the apartments. There are also many shopping facilities (supermarkets and retailers) and a few restaurants. Free public parking is available in front of the door.

Soweit war alles ok. Die Gästebetreuerin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten alles mit ihr klären.
Very good. Clean, warm, comfortable apartment with good access to trams to the city centre. Mrs Brungs met us at the apartment and was very friendly. Everything inside the apartment served its purpose well, including the very comfortable beds and good-sized bathroom.
Slight downsides - there are a lot of stairs to get to the 4th floor and the ground floor flat owners are heavy smokers, so climbing them isn't the most pleasant experience!
Overall though, the flat's great, perfect for 4 people but could probably sleep 7 if needed.
Eine sehr nette und saubere Wohnung, die alles hat, was man für einen Kurztrip braucht. Die Kommunikation bezüglich der Wohnung und der Schlüsselübergabe war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut und mit der Straßenbahn vor der Tür wirklich praktisch. Ich kann sie jedem empfehlen.
Schöne Wohnung war alles bestens. Auch die Verbindung mit der Straßenbahn und das einkaufen ist super zu Fuß zu erreichen . Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht.

My family and I stayed in the two City Apartments side by side for a family wedding. We encountered an awful experience returning home on the second evening, when a) a drunk tenant was shouting racial abuse at us from the window and b) when we entered, the stairs to our apartment were blocked by another tenant who was clearly disturbed and threatening my husband.
When I got in the way to diffuse the situation I too was threatened with sexual violence. My young son was present.
Once we got into our apartment shouting and noise continued until presumably the men passed out. During the rest of our visit we were scared when having to pass the apartment door on the way to ours in case the man came out to threaten us again.
I took up the matter with the landlord who recommended I take this up with the police. I was not able to at that time because of the family wedding. I did however give him all the details so that he could start the process but he did not assist us in any way to make it easier. He also wrote in an email that he was aware that the tenant below was selling drugs from the property.
I would warn any guests from staying at these addresses - particularly women and children.
Een gezellig appartement, ruim genoeg voor 5 personen en compleet ingericht. goede bedden. Heel schoon. Prima tramverbinding met het centrum. Enige minpunt is dat het op straat is wel redelijk lawaaiig is 's nachts door het tramverkeer.
Sehr saubere Wohnung. Nur mit Umstieg Unterkunft zu erreichen. Schlüsselübergabe sehr nett.
Top Lage und sehr geräumige, saubere und einladende Wohnung. Gerne noch mal im Laufe des Jahres!
