che dire.. esperienza negativissima. stanza minuscola, entravi e ddovevi sederti sul letto per chiudere la porta. ma partiamo dal principio:
1) n civico inesistente quindi tempo perso per cercare l'appartamento
2) maleodorante (scoperto dopo dai numerosi peti e rutti del "proprietario")
3) cucina coperta a metà da una tettoia
4) bagno "pulito" senza sapone e una volta finita la carta igienica (mezzo rotolo) abbiamo dovuto ricomprarla
5) porta esterna da riparare
6) pretendeva silenzio ma evidentemente riguardava soltanto gli ospitati in quanto lui si permetteva di giocare o vedere la tv a massimo volume
7) sottolineo la pizza presente in tutta l'abitazione.

esperienza da non riprovare perché 35€ a notte per una micro-stanza e tanto sporco sono esagerati.
insisto nel verificare le condizioni dei luoghi da parte dei moderatori wimdu PRIMA della pubblicazione di un annuncio

on dirait une cellule de prison ,sans fenêtre, pas ventilation, très petite ,mauvaises odeurs dans le couloir et dans la chambre .
et quand j'ai parlé au propriétaire, elle m'a dit que tout était noter sur la description, je lui ai montré la description traduite en Français sur WINDU , elle m'a montrer une description qui l'a modifié le matin car j'avais parler déjà M qui travaille dans la résidence.

Het was verschrikkelijk. De kamer zou 12 m2 zijn maar dat was het niet. De keuken en slaapkamer zouden samen in een ruimte zitten. Was niet het geval. Je deelde de badkamer met andere mensen. De badkamer was echt smerig en werd gebruikt door de eigenaar zelf en die liet het gwn smerig achter. De airco maakte een geluid waardoor je niet kon slapen. Ook stonk de airco als je deze aanzetten. De kamer was kleiner dan aangegeven. Er paste alleen een bed in en je koffer. De kabels kwamen uit de muur wat natuurlijk gevaarlijk is. Hier werd niks aan gedaan. De keuken was boven in het gebouw en die deelde je ook met andere en de eigenaar. Terwijl aangegeven dat je een eigen keuken zou hebben. De keuken was vies en voordat je in de keuken kwam moest je door een washok heen waar de eigenaar zijn eigen was ophing. Al met al een verschrikkelijke plek in een achterstallige buurt.

Non capisco tutte queste recensioni negative di persone che con pochi euro pretendono la suite imperiale. La camera era molto piccola ma confortevole. Cucina comoda e bagno semplice. Per la cifra spesa tutto questo è più che sufficiente.

Das zimmer war die reinste Katastrophe. Ich bin echt nicht pingelig, aber das war nix! Kein Fenster, keine Ablage, nur ca 4qm und das Bad war nicht nutzbar; sehr dreckig und mit Kakerlaken! Haben nach 1 Nacht die Unterkunft verlassen ohne entgegenkommen vom Vermieter. Nicht zu empfehlen...

Savage... savage I tell you. This place took back to world war 1 where the men were stuck in dungeons and ditches for days. Lack of oxygen and life forced us to be out as much as possible. Broken bed and a small space with no where to put your luggages. The room was also hunted by fart sounds, yes you heard me right... there's one being tipped every now and then, incrementally increasing through the night and peaking around dawn. Furthermore, The sheets were dirty, me and my boyfriend stayed there for 5 nights and we were out from morning to night so we survived but barely and we would not recommend more than 2 nights but we went and washed the sheets at a cost of 7.50€ at a nearby laundromat because they were dirty and we don't think they had been washed before us. The other guests (not sure if they were actually guests) took our stuff from the fridge and ate them. We were told by the host that there were no other guest at the base floor where we were living but the guests upstairs use the shower and bathroom frequently so did another family that came from nowhere. Don't stay for too long, close to the train station but not worth it. We would give this room a 1 out of 10... just because we managed to survive. If your feeling brave and adventurous then this room is for you, just beware of the fart sounds, they come to hunt you, the nigh is close and there will be moments when ur by yourself. Creo que los comentarios se falsean cuando se habla de este lugar en positivo por ahora. Tal vez en el futuro si se siguen realizando reformas y se invierta dinero se pueda decir otra cosa, a fecha de hoy no es así.
Sólo tienen una habitación doble con baño. Si a la llegada se te ofrece esta habitación será pagando un suplemento de más de 8 € por noche. El resto de las habitaciones son auténticos "zulos" sin ventanas, con un ventilador que funciona o no según la suerte que se tenga. No hay ni un simple armario donde dejar la ropa colgada, es decir no podrás deshacer tu maleta. La limpieza del recinto deja mucho que desear donde el olor a cerrado y la falta de ventanas, te da la bienvenida al llegar. La ropa de cama, si no protestas, será la misma que usó el viajero anterior, adornada de todo tipo de pelos y señales (¿se entiende?).
El lugar, para situarse y entenderlo todo, fue un bar de alterne con habitaciones con una cama para ya se sabe, convertido en vivienda vacacional ahora sin dar de alta para tal fín, por tanto no habría que cobrar el impuesto por estancia que se paga. Los 38 € iniciales de la oferta se transforma en 47 € por noche , impuestos incluidos.
Cuando vea este comentario publicado y mantenido en la página, sabré si WINDU es algo serio o no. Por lo pronto pongo en duda la veracidad de otros comentarios.

Das von uns gebuchte Zimmer war wirklich sehr klein. Die Bilder sahen doch etwas viel versprechender aus. Das Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage aber dafür leider kein Fenster. Des Weiteren war das Zimmer und das Bad nicht all zu sauber.
Dennoch war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt und die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Das Zimmer befindet sich wirklich direkt in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof.

Séjour agréable, logement bien situé mais pas très propre. Bien se renseigner sur les conditions d'accueil très strictes.

Cuando llegamos nos metio en una habitacion de dos metros cuadrados ( no era la que reservamos), nos vio la cara y nos ofrecio otra habitacion mas grande pero teniendo que pagar 60€ mas. Lo hicimos porque no teniamos otra opcion....
La habitacion solo tenia la cama y una silla, no habia mesillas ni un pequeno armario. El bano era abierto abierto (esto ya lo sabiamos) pero los dos grifos tenian perdidas y tubimos que poner toallas para que no se mojaran nuestras cosas...
La cocina estaba asquerosa y no pudimos cocinar nada, lo unico, usamos el microondas para calentar el desayuno por la manana y con cuidado para no tocar nada de lo sucio que estaba.
El olor que habia en todo el edificio de HUMEDAD y de no haber abierto una ventana nunca, era muy fuerte.
En nuestra opinion no recomendamos este lugar a nadie ni para una noche, considero que hay sitios mejores y tan solo por 20€ mas.
Nosotros estubimos dudando entre esta opcion y otra y nos hemos arrepentido mucho de no haber cogido la otra opcion por 20€ mas, que al final hemos tenido que pagar 60€ extra, solo para poder tener un habitacion donde poder moverse.
No recomentable. SUCIO Y CARO PARA LO QUE ES!!
