Fancy Modern Central Flat with Wi-Fi

The apartment is centrally located and it is very clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay and we will be happy to come back! Patrizia and Matteo are very sweet and they helped us several times. Definitely worth the money!!!
However, it should be said that the apartment is very warm in the summer..

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der modernen und sehr zentral gelegenen Wohnung. Sir liegt direkt an der Metrostation. Auch die Busse der Sehenswürdigkeiten (Hop on Hop of) halten dort. In die Fussgängerzone, Budapest Ey und zur Donau sind es auch nur wenige Minuten. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles was wir benötigten. Auch die Kommunikation klappte super. Gerne wieder ☺

Ein wirklich sehr schönes kleines Apartment, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben- auch die anderen Bewohner des Hauses, schienen sehr nett und freundlich, wenn man sich auf dem Flur oder im Aufzug getroffen hat. Das Bett ist auf einer Art Galerie, die man über eine Treppe erreichen kann; das Haus ist ein toller Altbau mit Fahrstuhl- super, um die Koffer in den 4. Stock zu schaffen.
Richtig toll ist vor allem die Lage: wir konnten direkt vom Flughafen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zur nächsten Haltestelle, einem zentralen Umsteigepunkt, dem Déak Ferenc Tér fahren und von da aus sind es nur ein paar hundert Meter bis zur Wohnung, wo wir nett von einer Freundin der Vermieter empfangen wurden.
Toll ist auch, dass wirklich alles in der Nähe ist, sodass man auf gut Glück losziehen kann und sowohl touristische Highlights als auch jede Menge Bars, Restaurants, Supermärkte, Geschäfte usw. ganz einfach zu Fuß erreichen kann.
Wir waren begeistert von der Unterkunft und der ganzen Stadt überhaupt- Budapest ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

This is a fantastic location, and a very comfy apartment. The building itself is quite old; but the apartment is new and fresh and clean. There was no air conditioning, but when the windows were open it was light and airy. We would certainly come back!

Apartamento bonito, situado en la mejor zona de Budapest. Los propietarios fueron muy amables con nosotros. Cuando volvamos Budapest iremos otra vez a ese apartamento, sin duda.

Schöne kleines Apartment mitten im Zentrum von Budapest mit sehr guter Infrastruktur. Ausstattung ist modern. Werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

El apartamento está localizado en el centro de Budapest y al lado de la estación central de metro. La calefacción no funciona todo lo bien posible por lo que hubo algo de frío .

A seguito di contrattempi, abbiamo chiesto a Patrizia di accoglierci il giorno successivo rispetto a quando avessimo prenotato e si è mostrata gentile e disponibile. Aveva chiesto di avvisarla all'arrivo dell'aereo(dato che erano le 22 di sera) e dopo 10 telefonate perse e due messaggi si è finalmente degnata di rispondere dicendo che dato che era in Italia non aveva seguito la faccenda, che l' aveva commissionata. Di questa persona non avevamo il numero quindi non eravamo in grado di avvisarlo che eravamo arrivati e lo abbiamo aspettato per 10 minuti sotto il portone. Arrivato , ci dà le chiavi , ci fa salire e ci fa vedere le cose base. Quando ci lascia ci accorgiamo che non c'era nulla nell'appartamento: un rotolo di carta igienica già cominciato e del sapone per piatti già finito , una moka ma niente caffè e niente zucchero, niente tovaglioli. Non è che uno si aspetti di essere in un hotel e trovare la colazione pronta la mattina ma neanche di dover comprare la carta igienica e il sapone per piatti addirittura (soprattutto se si considera che in 3 giorni 2 persone consumano una quantità di sapone minima).
Il riscaldamento non arrivava mai a temperatura tale da stare bene dato che la porta non si chiudeva mai del tutto bene ma c'era uno spiffero e, cosndierando le temperature esterne (essendo dicembre ), dovevamo sempre metterci sotto le coperte.
Nota positiva : posto centralissimo e ben ristrutturato.

the apartment was at the heart of the city center, in a walking distance to almost everywhere. the apartment was renovated and very clean and cosy (the pics on the listing are very accurate). Even if we didn't have the chance to meet Mateo and Patricia (a friend of them came for the check in), the communication through the mails and over the phone was excellent! The response time through emails was within an hour (sometimes even less). Definitely will use the again on the next trip to Budapest! Highly recommended!!
