Cozy apt located in 719 Euclid av, only 3 blocks from the beach and Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road, and 1 block from Washington ave. WiFi and Cable.
All equipped. 2 QUEEN beds + 1 sofa.
You can take a Free Ride to go every where in SOBE ! (just give a tip)
You can park your car easily in the building.
Very safe and clean and really close to everything you need, walking distance to everywhere.
Public transportation to/from the Miami International Airport - Bus 150. The fare is $2.35/person. 40-45 mins.
big grocery store opened 7am-11pm Publix supermarket is 5 minutes walking (same as Ross, BestBuy, Staples and 24 hour opened CVS pharmacy). Nighclubs and restaurants as close as 2 minutes walking, the beach is less than 2 minutes walking.

rent a bike at one of may stations on the beach or jump on the free trolley. The options are endless and you really do not need a car to enjoy everything South Beach has to offer from this apartment. Free Parking included in case you have a car.

Die Lage des Apartements ist gut: Es ist ruhig und es sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß an den Strand. Auch ist das Apartement sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet.
Etwas schade ist die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer / Schlafzimmer: Entweder der Vorhang ist zu, dann sieht man natürlich nichts. Oder der Vorhang ist auf, dann kann aber jeder vom Gang draußen in die Wohnung schauen.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert, Fragen wurden stets schnell und gut beantwortet. Auch wurde mein Wunsch, das Check-out 2 Stunden nach hinten zu verschieben, wurde sofort genehmigt.
Die Kaution wurde nach 9 Tagen zurückerstattet.

Das Apartment liegt im 14. Stock und man hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.
