While not considered as beautiful as some Italian cities, having been greatly destroyed by Second World War bomb raids, the city has rebuilt itself into a thriving cosmopolitan business capital. In essence, what makes Milan attractive for the tourists compared to other places is truly more about the lifestyle: a paradise for shopping, football, opera, and nightlife.

CHECK-IN: pick up of the keys by our office at the Central Station (where trains and buses from every Milan airport arrive)
CHECK-OUT: very easy, just leave the keys inside the apartment (no need to come back to our office)
We remind our guests the need to pay the city tax upon arrival: 2 euros per guest per night

Wir waren im März 2016 in der Wohnung. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Negativ war nur das man uns nicht gesagt hatte, dass wir die Fenster in der Wohnung nicht öffnen konnte. Wir hatten jeden Tag einen muffigen Geruch und mussten lüften. Für das Geld war es kein guter Service.
Por parte del anfitrión nada que comentar, una persona amable y correcta.
Referente al alojamiento ya no puedo ser tan optimista, dado que el apartamento se puedo considerar un habitáculo cerrado, puesto que tan solo tiene una ventana para la ventilación y dar luz de dia y no se puede abrir por requerimiento de la propiedad. En cuanto a la agua caliente hay un calentador de 10 litros para cuatro persona, nos lo notificaron al llegar a la agencia cosa que fue una sorpresa al decir que si se terminaba teníamos que esperar 10 minutos para poderse volver a duchar. Y sobre la limpieza general un poco dudosa, incluso hay que decir que en una de las camas estaban las sábanas sucias de sangre y la otra no es que estuviera mucho más limpia, además de estar húmedas. Por tanto no me puedo considerar satisfecho. Atentamente Francisco Roura.
very good location, impressive entrance but :
floor space max. 35qm, very cold downstairs, hot upstairs (due to funny heating system), practically no daylight, not clean.
bring your on caffe pads and toilett paper!

Bel appartement très bien situé dans un très bel immeuble (cours intérieures superbe). Petit mais aménagé avec goût et matériaux luxueux. Seul bémol, la fenêtre inaccessible qui ne permet pas d'avoir une vue sur l'extérieur.
Accueil via une agence très pro et interlocuteur très aimable.
On reviendra!!
Keurig ingericht niet al te groot appartement in een statig gebouw met binnenplaats. Appartement bevind zich op de begane grond direct aan de drukke straatzijde en heeft door de vaste raamluiken vrijwel geen daglicht. De slaapkamer met de bad kamer op verdieping bereikbaar is via een krappe spiltrap. De bank in de woonkamer/keuken dient als tweede tweepersoonsbed. Grote spiegels moeten zorgen voor een ruimtelijk effect. De badkamer (met douchen in een klein bad met laag plafond en toilet is alleen via de boven slaapkamer bereikbaar. Appartement ligt op 100 meter van de Metro uitgang
Kleine, sauber Wohnung. Direkt an der U-Bahn Station gelegen. Für einen kurzen Trip absolut zu empfehlen. Wenn man zu viert die Wohnung mietet, sollte man sich gut kennen, da es keine separat getrennten Räume gibt.
Good service, easy to collect the Keys. It is not a two bedroom apartment, there is one bedroom and a couch in the living room. The location is excellent, 200 m to the church with the famous painting by Leonardo da Vinci, The Last Supper. Walking distance from Milan center. Nice neighborhood.
Es un apartamento pequeño pero muy bien aprovechado.
La estancia ha estado cómoda y la ubicación ideal.
Está casi a la misma salida del metro, pero está suficientemente cerca como para ir andando al centro a pie dando un paseo.
