Charmoso apartamento perto Praça de São Pedro

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento dal 4 all'8 gennaio. Che dire, tutto perfetto.. casa centralissima vicino al Vaticano, appartamento spazioso e accogliente e padrone di casa gentile e disponibile. Se dovessimo tornare a Roma sicuramente ci riaffideremo a lui.

We enjoyed a short holiday in Rome - the location of the apartment was perfect and moving in was super easy. Gianluca, an extremly friendly host, was expecting us, we could leave our luggage even a bit earlier, which was very helpful. Although renting is not "cheap", you will realise that it is worth spending the money. Well equipped kitchen (traditional italian coffee maker and nespresso machine), fridge and freezer, toaster, stove, oven, microwave and dish washer, nice bathroom with window, shower, WC and bidet, quiet bedroom (we loved the seagull noises in the morning which made us feeling having even a vacation at the sea) with a well equipped "business corner" with computer, landline telephone and printer incl. paper. Using WIFI is included and works very well. The living room provides a big sofa (-bed if required), very comfortable armchair, television etc.We loved the independence and space. You will also appreciate the elevator, especially when you have heavy luggage. A carrefour market is closeby, very practical.
So in summary, the 60 sqm apartment is nice, clean and tidy with this little bit of extra which you will love, great for 2 (but probably also for up to 4 people), it is central (5 min walk to St Peter), bus station 3 min (n° 64 serving to Termini) and you feel very welcomed. We would chose again :o). Thank you Gianluca!

haben erneut 1 woche in gianlucas ferienwohnung verbracht und vergeben, wie letztes mal ( sept. 2014) die volle punktzahl!!!!
super sauber, modern,freundlich, zentral...ach ja und der supermarkt (5min. fußweg) hat neuerdings rund um die uhr geöffnet.
dank gianlucas gastfreundlichkeit haben wir uns wieder wie zu hause gefühlt.
der nächste aufenthalt ist schon gebucht......

An amazing fresh, modern and very nice apartment with all amenities. Quiet area close to shops and subway. Gulianluca are very friendly, helpful and to meet them. We will gladly return!

It was a cosy flat. Perfect for our stay in Rome. Situated in a tranquil place.
You can rest there after a tough day, walking and sightseeing.
Appreciate the good Wi Fi, it operates very well!!!

moderne, große und stilvoll eingerichtete wohnung mit allem was einem einen erholsamen urlaub in rom ermöglicht:
Lage:
- gleich um die ecke der petersplatz (5 min.)
- bus (linie 64) fast vor der haustür
- supermarkt (5min.)
- pizzeria und bars ums eck.......
wir haben rom von allen seiten erkundet,da wir uns das wochenticket cis (24 euro) besorgt haben und der weg von der wohnung bis zur medrostation "ottavia" zwar einen 15 minütigen fußmarsch voraussetzt, der aber alles andere als mühsam ist, da es immer was neues zu entdecken gibt. z.b. genervte gesichter in der warteschlange vor den vatikanischen museem oder den typischen stadtverkehr mit lautem gehupe....die lage ist also top!
die wohnung selbst befindet sich in einem mehrstöckigem haus, das v.a. von alten leuten bewohnt wird, daher ist es dort wirklich ruhig und man kann sich kaum vorstellen, in einer großstadt zu sein. es gibt 2 balkone, pc mit drucker, ofen, waschmaschine, föhn...alles eben was hier schon bewertet worden ist. alles ist sauber und einladend- ja man fühlt sich sofort wohl. an alles ist gedacht: gewürze, kaffee, klopapier....perfekt!
zu guter letzt ein dickes lob und dankeschön an gianluca, den tollsten gastgeber den wir kennen!!!! unkompleziert, nett und zuvorkommend.es war ein toller aufenthalt!!!!

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Rom. Unser Aufenthalt hat unsere Unterkunft allerdings noch verschönert. Alles wie auf den Fotos. Sehr schöne und stilvolle Wohnung in der man abends nach einem langen Tag in Rom zur Ruhe kommen kann. Die Lage und der Gastgeber einfach super! Hier würden wir wieder herkommen!

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung war sehr gut.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der Gastgeber war äußerst aufmerksam bei der Ankunft. Vor Reisebeginn antwortete er immer schnell auf E-Mails und half auch bei der Reiseplanung.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls gut, vom Petersdom 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich in der Nähe, so dass man auch gut einkaufen kann.

Gianluca and his beautiful apartment are just perfect for a memorable stay in Rome. The apartment is located a stones throw from St Peters Square in a great neighbourhood with lots of little local shops,restaurants and cafés. The apartment is very stylish and Gianluca has thought of every little detail to make your stay in Rome very easy and comfortable. The apartment is well equipped, especially the kitchen with everything to make a tea or coffee and even a complimentary bottle of wine. The apartment is very quiet and the air conditioning was a big plus, especially as it was very hot during our stay.
Gianluca arranged a private car to meet us at the airport which was a great start to our holiday. We had a fantastic time in Rome and I would definitely recommend choosing Gianluca's apartment for the perfect Rome experience. Thank you Gianluca for your amazing hospitality and the best apartment in town :)

Unterkunft und der Aufenthalt waren einfach traumhaft. Es hat alles gestimmt, Gianluca ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da wir auch sehr herzlich Willkommen geheißen wurden.
