Gorgeous Brownstone in a Quiet Area

Fijn appartement, genoeg ruimte voor ons vieren. Voldoende huisraad aanwezig voor een wat langer verblijf. Aardige gastvrouw en gastheer. Dichtbij de subway, alles goed bereisbaar. Gewoon goed.

Super séjour à NYC. Appartement convivial, fonctionnel et propre. Bien situé, métro à proximité, et dans un quartier très agréable et joli de HARLEM. Je conseille cette location.

We experienced the stay in "Gorgeous Harlem Brownstone" as pleasant and convenient. We had a great time and can recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place. The neighborhood is OK and the subway (less than 1 min. walk) brings you to all highlights in NY.

Vi var mycket nöjda med med vår bostad i New York trots stormen Sandy. Det fanns beagles med tillbehör till oss när vi kom vilket kändes välkomnande. Paret i våningen under agerade värdar och var mycket hjälpsamma även om de inte kunde engelska så bra. Vi fick vatten och extrabelysning under stormen. Området kändes tryggt och vid tunnelbanestationen runt hörnet stannade både lokal- och expresståg, vilket var jätteskönt. Tre sovrum med dubbelsängar och ett stort gemensamt rum passade oss sex utmärkt. We were very pleast with this appartment during our stay i New York, despite hurricane Sandy. Some of the reasons: Some food in the refrigerator when we came, well treated by the hosts, subway not far away, we felt safe in the area, three bedroom with beds for two and a large common room were perfect for us six persons.

Great stay. The apartment is comfy, certain things would need to be refreshed but overall it's clean and well-maintained. Host brought us breakfast as soon as we arrived... service and convenience was impeccable. Enought space for a group of 6 to 8 people. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap but confortable stay in NY.

* Arrival : very kind welcome and help from the "cleaner" Joel (neighbour below on the first floor) * Location : 150 m away is the Metro. good connections, takes about 30-40 min to the centre of Manhattan * Neighbour : residential Harlem - nice * Accomodation : poor, especially price for money (we paid 1800 EUR for 7 nights) . Facade of the building is pritty, but insite the finishing of the floor , bathroom, doors, mattress, ...needs to be seriously improved. If you are several young people looking for a basic place to sleep and the prices would be aligned with the provided quality/location, this would be a good place to stay.

Une adresse à recommander sans hésitation! Un appartement spacieux propre et bien équipé (meme en produits !!) l'idéal pour une famille venant visiter NY. Et surtout un propriétaire ou plutot une hotesse fabuleuse rendant votre séjour encore plus agréable !!!! A recommander sans hésitation

Superbe appart, comme sur les photos, a proximité de times square, 125th street ect. Nous avons passer un excellent sejour et nous reserverons volontier a nouveau et appartement. nous le recommandons a tous le monde.
